Payment terms

- 40 percent on signing, 40 percent at the mid-point demo, 20 percent at acceptance.
- Advisory and training
- 100 percent on booking.
- Care plans
- Monthly in advance, 12-month minimum, then cancel with 30 days' notice.
- Hiring
- 50 percent on shortlist, 50 percent on the candidate's start date.
- Invoicing
- In EUR, or in PLN or UAH at the ECB rate on the invoice date. Reverse-charge VAT for EU business clients.
08The guarantee, in full
36 months, with a clear scope and a cap.
Rare in this market. It is affordable because one platform is maintained for every client.
- Duration
- 36 months from acceptance.
- Covered
- Defects against the accepted specification, security issues in our code, regressions caused by our updates, and model quality that drops on unchanged input data.
- Not covered
- New features, changes you make to the system, changes in your other systems or third-party APIs after month 12 unless you are on AI Run, data drift (covered by AI Run), and infrastructure costs.
- Response
- Acknowledged within 5 business days and fixed within 15. Faster on AI Run.
- Condition
- The delivered stack stays on supported versions, or you are on an AI Run plan. We hand over the version list at acceptance.
- Cap
- Total guarantee work is capped at the build price.
- Reserve
- 5 percent of every build price is set aside to fund it, reviewed every year.
You own
The application code written for you, your data, any fine-tuned model weights and all documentation.
We license
Pattern, our platform, to you permanently and royalty-free for the delivered system. That is how we keep prices down.
Never shared
Your data and client-specific logic never flow back into the platform. Source escrow is available for AI System builds.

Questions
Why are your prices lower than other firms?
Every build starts about 40 percent complete on Pattern, our own platform. Routine code is generated and reviewed under strict tests, senior engineers make the decisions, and there is no sales team to fund. You get the same care with fewer hours on the invoice.
Who owns the code?
You own the application code written for you, your data, any fine-tuned model weights and the documentation. Pattern stays ours and is licensed to you permanently and royalty-free for the delivered system.
Can it run on our own hardware?
Yes. On-prem deployment is 4,900 EUR. We specify the hardware, you buy it, and the system runs on local models with an offline installer, so your data stays on site.
Do you offer discounts?
One. Our first ten builds carry a 15 percent founding-client rate in exchange for a public case study. Otherwise the list price applies, and complexity is priced through the published levers.
What if the scope changes during the build?
Changes are estimated in writing the same day and billed at 95 EUR an hour. Nothing is absorbed quietly or disputed later.
What if a local model misses the accuracy target?
Every build is preceded by a two-week Proof on your data with measured accuracy, and the target goes into the contract. If a local model cannot reach it, a cloud fallback is priced before you sign.
Which currencies and taxes apply?
Prices are in EUR, net of VAT. We invoice in EUR, or in PLN or UAH at the ECB rate on the invoice date, with reverse-charge VAT for EU businesses.
